Information sharing

Who might we share it with:

• Anyone who is named and authorised on our Voltalis account.
• A new electricity provider if we move so that Powervault and Voltalis can continue to provide us with flexibility products and services.
• Voltalis’ telesales and field sales partners, but only where necessary to perform the Voltalis services.
• Aggregated half hourly metering data with Voltalis partners and regulatory and industry bodies to assist them with research and studies.
• Network operators, to enable the safe and reliable delivery of power at all times and where necessary to provide services such as grid balancing and flexibility options.
